Château La Mascaronne Rosé is a true expression of Provençal terroir, crafted from carefully selected Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino grapes. The quality of the wine stems not only from the varietal blend but also from the unique soils on which the vines grow. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity, producing a Rosé that is both vibrant and versatile. While delightful in its youth as an aperitif or with food, it also has the potential to develop further complexity if cellared for several years.

Château La Mascaronne is dedicated to crafting wines that reflect the character of Provence. With careful vineyard management and meticulous winemaking, the estate captures the region’s elegance, freshness, and aromatic intensity in every bottle.

Production

The grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning to preserve their natural freshness. A rigorous selection takes place both in the vineyard and at the winery to ensure only the finest fruit is used. The grapes are immediately direct-pressed upon arrival at the winery to maintain purity of aroma. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures over two to three weeks, after which the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for several months to preserve its finesse and aromatic clarity.

Tasting notes

The wine displays a pale, luminous peach colour with silver highlights. The nose is delicate and expressive, revealing aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus, and a hint of lychee. On the palate, it is generous, balanced, and elegantly structured, with a subtle salinity and a persistent finish showcasing orchard fruit flavours.

Pairs beautifully with summer salads, light seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, or as an aperitif on a warm day.
