Founded in 1920 by Francesco Minini after returning from World War I, Minini remains a family-run winery rooted in tradition and innovation. Over the past century, the Minini family has expanded its partnerships with growers across Italy, combining respect for regional heritage with modern winemaking techniques to craft wines that express authenticity and quality.

Production

Grapes are carefully selected from vineyards in the Veneto region and gently pressed to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with no oak ageing, ensuring a crisp, clean profile that reflects the varietal character of Pinot Grigio.

Tasting notes

Pale lemon-yellow in colour, this wine reveals aromas of green apple, citrus, and subtle stone fruits. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with bright acidity and a balanced finish.
