Vineyard and Production

Grapes are grown on hillside vineyards and left on the vines for a few extra days after reaching maturity to achieve greater concentration and aromatic depth. After fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in large oak barrels, developing structure, roundness and complexity while maintaining its vibrant fruit character.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red in colour, Il Vero Siciliano opens with aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle spice. The palate is soft and full-bodied, offering layers of cherry, plum and wild berries balanced by gentle tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.
