Vineyard & Production

Grapes are sourced from vineyards that benefit from the region's warm, dry Mediterranean climate and challenging soils, producing fruit of intense concentration and expressive aromatic potential. The wine undergoes 7 to 10 days of skin contact before alcoholic fermentation in cement and stainless steel tanks at 22 degrees. Malolactic fermentation occurs entirely in barrel, followed by 15 to 18 months ageing in 100% oak barrels, with 30% new French Nevers oak adding richness and complexity.

Intense cherry red in the glass. The nose offers a seductive bouquet of red roses, black cherry jam, and Mediterranean spice, including clove, pine, carob, and dried fruits. The palate is warm and nervy, with a vibrant, lively finish that showcases the wine's fine structure and depth.
