Vineyard & Production

Sourced from certified organic vineyards in Alentejo, planted on granitic soils with schist transitions and clay-loam structure. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before alcoholic fermentation in concrete and stainless-steel vats with soft extraction to preserve fruit purity. Malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete and stainless-steel, creating a wine with natural balance and approachable tannins.
