Vineyard & Production

Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness during the cool hours of early morning to preserve aromatic freshness. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes cold settling before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the delicate floral and stone fruit aromas characteristic of Viognier. A short maturation on fine lees adds roundness and texture to the palate.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale gold in colour. The nose bursts with apricot, peach, and honeysuckle, complemented by subtle citrus zest and a hint of exotic fruit. The palate is rich yet fresh, with a silky texture and vibrant acidity balancing the generous fruit. The finish is long and perfumed, with lingering notes of apricot and orange blossom.

Perfect Pairings

A wonderfully versatile white. Excellent with grilled prawns, chicken tagine with apricots, Asian-style dishes, and soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert. Also a lovely aperitif on its own.
