Vineyard & Production

Grapes are carefully selected from certified organic vineyards in Sicily and gently pressed to extract pure juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to preserve the wine's natural aromatics and fresh fruit character. The wine is then filtered, stabilised, and bottled to retain its vibrant acidity and mineral intensity.

Straw-coloured with flecks of green. The nose opens with a characterful bouquet of jasmine, aromatic herbs, and nutmeg, with delicate touches of white peach. On the palate, a strong mineral backbone is perfectly balanced with lively acidity. The finish is long and complex with delicious almond flavours.
