Production

Grapes are hand‑harvested from a selection of estate parcels, then sorted carefully before fermentation in traditional vats. Extraction is gentle to preserve finesse and aromatic lift. The wine is matured in French oak barrels, with a restrained proportion of new oak to enhance texture while keeping the fruit at the forefront.
