Amicale Rosso Veneto IGT is an expressive red wine from the Veneto region, crafted from a blend of carefully selected local grape varieties. The vineyards benefit from the region’s sun-soaked climate and fertile soils, which lend the grapes concentrated flavours and aromatic intensity. Part of the fruit is allowed to overripen in the vineyards, while another portion is dried in wooden crates under controlled conditions. The grapes are then pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of slow maturation in tonneaux, resulting in a wine with elegant structure, velvety texture, and layered complexity.

Production

Grapes are hand-selected and carefully processed to preserve freshness and integrity. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, with dried and overripen grapes incorporated to enhance body and depth. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in tonneaux to integrate flavours and develop smooth tannins.

Tasting notes

Amicale Rosso shows a ruby red colour with a delicate, vinous bouquet. Aromas of ripe raspberry and black cherry are complemented by subtle spice and chocolate notes from oak maturation. The palate is full-bodied, soft, and velvety, with harmonious fruit intensity and a lingering, elegant finish.
