Vineyard & Production

The wine is crafted using the same philosophy as the original Caballo Loco, a progressive blending approach inspired by the solera method used in sherry production, combining the current vintage with previous editions to build extraordinary layers of depth. Bottled at 14% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant dark red in the glass. The nose is complex and inviting, dominated by fresh black cherries and red fruits, complemented by notes of cedar. On the palate, unctuous dark fruit flavours combine with a soft mineral character and sweet spices, supported by fresh acidity and fine, silky tannins on the finish.
