Each release is built from a blend of premium parcels sourced from across Chile—Maipo, Colchagua, Maule, Limarí and beyond—combined with a portion of the previous Edition. This perpetual blending approach gives the wine a seamless texture and a depth that cannot be achieved through single‑vintage winemaking. It is a philosophy that values continuity and complexity, allowing each Edition to feel both new and familiar at the same time. Winemaking That Prioritises Depth and Harmony
Caballo Loco’s winemaking is built around long macerations, careful extraction and extended ageing in French oak. The aim is not power for its own sake, but a sense of richness that remains balanced and refined. Black fruit, cedar, sweet spice and polished tannins are hallmarks of the style, and the wines consistently show a luxurious, layered palate that lingers long after each sip. Caballo Loco Wines
From the prestigious Maipo Valley comes a Cabernet‑led wine with a distinctly elegant profile. Cassis, graphite and mint weave through a structured, finely shaped palate, creating a wine that is both classic and unmistakably Chilean.
Apalta is one of Chile’s most celebrated regions, and this wine captures its plush, powerful character. Dark berries, cocoa and warm spice unfold in a generous, velvety style that shows the full potential of Colchagua’s best vineyards.
The cool, limestone‑influenced Limarí Valley brings a fresher, more mineral expression to the range. Red and black fruit sit alongside lifted acidity and a subtle savoury edge, giving the wine both energy and depth.

From the Maule Valley comes a wine with ripe plum, cherry and earthy complexity. It is expressive and generous, with a natural balance that reflects the region’s long history of traditional viticulture.
