Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-harvested from a specific block of old vines within the Maipo Valley, selected for the uniqueness and quality of their terroir, and aged in French oak barrels to develop perfect balance and complexity. The wine is crafted using the same philosophy as the original Caballo Loco, a progressive blending approach inspired by the solera method used in sherry production, combining the current vintage with previous editions to build extraordinary layers of depth. Bottled at 14.5% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Pronounced aromas of mint and black fruits on the nose, complemented by a mild earthy complexity. The palate reveals warm notes of cooked berries, raisin, and fig, with velvety tannins and a firm structure leading to a persistent, elegant finish.
