Vineyard and Production

Grapes are sourced from the lower rocky limestone slopes and higher, cooler vineyards of Gigondas, benefiting from stony soils, morning sun, and northerly aspects that slow ripening and enhance complexity. The wine is fermented in traditional 20hl concrete vats and matured for 12 months in French oak to integrate structure and spice while preserving varietal freshness.
