Boutinot France has a long heritage in winemaking and import, combining decades of experience with a focus on expressive, terroir-driven wines. The Edalise Rosé is crafted under the guidance of Samantha Bailey, whose expertise ensures a perfect balance of fruit, floral aromatics, spice, and texture.

Production

The Edalise Rosé is a carefully blended selection of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle from multiple vineyards across Provence. Coastal Grenache contributes red berry fruit, while rockier, calcareous plots add white peach notes. Cinsault adds delicate spice and an herbaceous twist, while Rolle delivers orange blossom and mandarin aromatics. The blend is designed to achieve harmony, finesse, and the delicate ethereal colour typical of top-tier Côtes de Provence rosés.

Delicate pale salmony pink in the glass, with aromas of white peaches, redcurrants, and mandarin. On the palate, it is crisp, refreshing, and elegantly structured, showcasing the bright, harmonious character of Provence rosé.
