Winemaker Samantha Bailey of Boutinot set out to create the ideal Côtes de Provence rosé—a wine that harmonizes floral aromas, berry fruit, spice, and finesse, all wrapped in a delicate blush hue. After discovering ten distinct cuvées of Provençal grape varieties in a single cellar, she meticulously blended Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle to achieve the perfect expression.
- Grenache from coastal vineyards delivers ripe red berry notes, while those from calcareous soils offer subtle white peach.
- Cinsault adds a touch of spice and herbal nuance.
- Rolle contributes elegant floral aromatics, including hints of orange blossom and mandarin.
