Vineyard and Production

The old bush vines are rooted in the distinctive soils of the Cotes Catalanes, between Corbières and the Mediterranean, where the combination of low yields and intense sunshine concentrates flavour to a remarkable degree. Fermentation and ageing take place entirely in stainless steel to preserve the purity and vibrancy of the fruit.

Strikingly intense and complex on the nose, with concentrated dark fruit and a silky, enveloping mouthfeel. Understated tannins and real personality from the terroir make this a Carignan of genuine distinction.
