Vineyard and Production

The vineyards are nestled on high-altitude plains in Rueda with gravelly soils and excellent drainage, allowing the vines to thrive under intense sunlight and cool nights. This unique terroir imparts crisp acidity, aromatic intensity, and a signature freshness to the wine. Grapes are harvested in the early morning to retain freshness and prevent oxidation, then gently pressed before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No oak is used at any stage, allowing the purity of the Verdejo to shine through completely.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw with greenish hues, the nose bursts with citrus zest, green apple, and hints of fennel and white flowers. The palate is crisp and refreshing with bright acidity, subtle herbal notes, and a clean, mineral-driven finish that is genuinely hard to put down.
