Wrecking Coast Scurvy gin is a navy strength offering from the distillery in Tintagel. It uses nine botanicals including Cornish scurvy grass, an excellent source of vitamin C that was given to sailors to help prevent scurvy. This links nicely to Cornwall's long and storied sea faring past, with scurvy grass being used on vessels even before lemon and limes were found to keep scurvy at bay.

The peppery and bitter taste of the scurvy grass works well with the citrus elements of the gin. This leads to a full strength tipple that is robust and juniper lead with strong notes of citrus, liquorice and pepper spice.
