Wooing Tree’s unique Blanc de Noir is crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the family-owned vineyard in the heart of Central Otago.

Winemaking
Hand-picked grapes were harvested between 14th March and 19th April 2023. Minimal skin contact and a gentle whole-bunch press give the wine its elegant champagne hue. Fermentation took place in stainless steel to preserve the varietal character and fresh fruit flavours.

Tasting Notes
Delightful aromas of stone fruit and pear lead to flavours of white peach, apricot, pineapple, and a hint of pink grapefruit. Best served slightly chilled for a refreshing experience.

Food Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif or with light seafood, salads, or summer canapés.
