The smooth and warming flavours present in Northland come from the unhurried way in which the spirit is made, and from the maturation, which takes place in American oak quarter casks. Matured and bottled on site, Northland represents the first chapter in the history of Wolfburn.

On the nose it is intiially sweet with notes of fruit and fresh sea air. The background will introduce notes of citrus and a hint of very light peat smoke. The palate is sweet, nutty and sweet with honey and grape. Floral notes and dried fruit and spice.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
