Wolfburn Distillery was established in 2013 in Thurso, Caithness, on the site of the original Wolfburn Distillery that operated in the 1820s, making it Scotland's northernmost mainland distillery. The Let It Snow 2022 Christmas Edition is matured in ex-bourbon casks, which contribute the natural sweetness, soft oak, and fruit character that define this festive release. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration and at natural colour.
