It started with a question: "Could we make a Rye Whiskey that truly expresses the land that it comes from?" So they focused on 3 key elements of terroir:
Grain: rye grown on their farm.
Wood: aged in barrels made from their oak.
Water: perfected with water straight from their own well.

This is a limited edition Rye and is a way for them to continue their experiments with farm based innovation and their Triple Terroir vision.

Crop 002 brings notes of light spice to the nose like cinnamon and allspice with some orange fruit. The palate is full of fruity notes with a little leather and tobacco and a touch of spice on the finish.

Their remote 500 acre hard-working farm in bucolic Shoreham, Vermont, is the perfect place to perfect their experiments with blending and finishing, ultimately leading to a portfolio of deeply complex ultra-aged Rye Whiskeys. In 2017 they were honored to be awarded with the coveted ‘Best In Show Whiskey’ title from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.
