Winemaking

The Malbec is aged for 18 months in a combination of new French oak and second-use barrels (48% new oak), allowing rich fruit and structural depth to develop while maintaining balance and elegance.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red in colour with intense aromas of cherries, cedar and subtle graphite. On the palate, full-bodied, rich and rounded with a taut structure, chewy tannins and a long, persistent finish. Floral and perfumed with purple fruit, mushrooms and a hint of stems.
