Vineyard & Production

The grapes are harvested from 15 to 20 year-old vines throughout September and early October. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 25 to 30°C with twice-daily pumpovers to gently extract colour and soft tannins. Following 12 days of skin contact, the wine is pressed and undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel before spending 6 to 8 months maturing in American and French oak barrels to integrate delicate spicy layers and refined texture.

In the glass, it displays a bright ruby-red colour. The nose opens with inviting aromas of ripe plum and dark cherry, accompanied by a touch of soft oak spice. On the palate, it is smooth, medium-bodied, and harmonious, delivering generous black fruit flavours balanced by silky tannins and a hint of vanilla oak. It finishes clean and balanced, leaving a pleasingly warm, fruity impression.
