This is a single-variety, pet nat cider made with the early-season dessert apple Lady Sudeley, one of the very first apples to ripen each year and not a variety you'll usually find heading into the cider press, it is better known for eating fresh than fermenting, which makes this bottling something of an experiement.

to the best of Vagrant's knowledge, they're among the few producers making a single-variety cider from it and it turns out it deserves the spotlight. It's dry and fruity, with a bright, lively character and a gentle structure that carries through the middle. Early fruit freshness comes through clearly, making it a wonderfully drinkable and a natural partner for strong cheeses.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
