Viticulture
Sourced from a single site in Polish Hill River, Clare Valley. The vineyard mirrors the climate of northern Italy’s Alto-Adige, Gewürztraminer’s ancestral home, with an altitude of 520m, annual rainfall around 600mm and moderate growing season temperatures.

Vinification
Early-picked fruit to preserve natural acidity and freshness. Fermented dry to highlight the grape’s vibrant aromatics and textural complexity.

Maturation
Aged briefly on fine lees to enhance mouthfeel and aromatic depth before bottling.
