This is made by hand, double distilled and aged in new American oak barrels, Uncle Nearest 1856 pays tribute to his legacy and craft.

The nose has notes of hay, dried grass, stone fruit laid on caramel corn and sweet maple. The palate is spicy caramel to start with hints of maple and floral touches.
