Vineyard & Production

The estate spans a magnificent 114 acres at the foot of the Notre-Dame-des-Anges mountain, nestled within France's largest wild nature reserve. To preserve the bright, pristine fruit profiles, the Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle grapes are harvested during the cool of the night and immediately pressed. The winemaking team utilizes a meticulous selection of the finest juices, followed by a period of cold stabilization on the lees to enrich the aromatic bouquet, before a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats.
