Pet Nat is produced by bottling partially fermented wine. This allows the fermentation to continue in the bottle to give a dry sparkling, fresh fruity and aromatic wine. Notes of sea buckthorn, papaya and apricot. This wine is unfiltered and naturally cloudy. Allow the bottle to be stood upright for 24 hours before serving, allowing the sediment to settle to the bottom.

Trevibban Mill is located close to the picturesque harbour town of Padstow in North Cornwall. Their flock of Southdown Sheep graze the grass and wildflowers within the vineyard and provide not just their grounds keeping service but also wool and meat. Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.
