Distiller’s Cut Rum marks the launch of Trevethan’s exclusive small-batch series, handcrafted and blended with precision in Cornwall. Limited to just 250 bottles per release, each edition offers a distinctive flavour profile shaped by carefully chosen oak casks and traditional ageing techniques.

The inaugural bottling is a light gold rum matured in ex-Oloroso sherry quarter casks. This unique ageing process imparts vibrant notes of soft banana and citrus, layered with rich raisin, orange zest, and a subtle warmth of ginger drawn from the sherry wood.
