Vineyard & Production

Fruit is sourced from Borsao's oldest vines, rooted in poor clay and limestone soils at altitude in the Alto Moncayo. Low yields of under 4.5 tonnes per hectare ensure exceptional concentration and intensity. After temperature-controlled fermentation (25–30°C) with 20–25 days of skin contact, the wine matures for 5 months in new French oak barriques, adding depth and complexity without masking the vibrant fruit character.

Tasting Notes

An intense bouquet of ripe red fruits and floral notes, typical of Garnacha at its finest. The palate is rich and generous — bramble, strawberry, and raspberry fruit layered with warm vanilla, liquorice, and spice. Supple yet structured tannins lead to a long, expansive finish.

Perfect Pairings

Made for red meat. Think rib of beef, lamb chops, Iberian pork, or slow-roasted shoulder of lamb. Also excellent alongside a robust cheese board or a rich mushroom and lentil stew.
