Dealcoholized Cinsault Rosé 2024 is a fresh and expressive alcohol-free rosé from the Itata Valley in Chile, crafted to highlight purity of fruit and balance. Made from 100% Cinsault, this pale rosé offers delicate aromas of fresh strawberries with light notes of pomegranate. The palate is light, refreshing, and harmonious, delivering a well-balanced texture that makes it an elegant and approachable non-alcoholic wine.

Meet the Producer

Miguel Torres Chile is part of the renowned Familia Torres, a global wine family with a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. Producing wines across more than 1,300 kilometers of Chilean territory, the winery is known for expressing diverse terroirs while adapting to modern lifestyles, including the development of high-quality dealcoholized wines.

Production

The grapes are harvested in the Itata Valley during March 2024 and vinified with a combination of 50% destemmed grapes and 50% whole clusters. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 16 days at controlled temperatures between 14 and 18ºC to preserve aromatic freshness. The wine is aged without the use of wood to maintain purity and fruit expression, after which it undergoes a careful dealcoholization process. The finished wine contains 0.0% alcohol and includes sulfites.

Tasting Notes

Pale rosé in colour, the wine presents delicate and fresh aromas of strawberries with subtle pomegranate nuances. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with balanced acidity and a smooth, clean finish that enhances its sense of freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with pasta dishes, sushi, and sweet-and-sour cuisine. Best served chilled between 8º and 10ºC to fully appreciate its freshness and aromatic profile.
