Vineyard & Production

Crafted from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Spain, selected for their vibrant fruit character and aromatic intensity. The wine is vinified using careful temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve freshness and varietal expression. Alcohol is then removed through a gentle vacuum distillation process that retains the wine's flavour profile, resulting in a final ABV of less than 0.5%.

Raspberry in colour with subtle copper highlights. The nose offers delicate aromas of cherry jam and fresh red fruit.
