Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-picked under optimal ripening conditions from Catalunya, with the 2024 harvest relatively early due to prior droughts. A wetter spring and mild summer provided healthy fruit with excellent natural acidity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 16 degrees to preserve freshness and varietal character, with alcoholic fermentation lasting around two weeks before careful clarification and bottling.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale gold in the glass. Aromas of white fruit, apple and pear, are interwoven with delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and smooth, with a fine streak of fruit acidity and a dry, elegant finish. Best served at 10 degrees.
