This certified vegan white wine from Catalunya is an elegant blend of Garnacha Blanca and Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh, fruit-driven, and delicately balanced, it captures the vibrant character of the region’s terroir while offering a smooth, refreshing finish.

Vineyard & Vintage Conditions
The grapes are hand-picked under optimal ripening conditions, with Garnacha Blanca harvested from 19 August and Sauvignon Blanc from 20 August. The 2024 harvest was relatively early with lower yields due to prior droughts. A wetter spring and mild summer provided healthy fruit with excellent natural acidity, producing lively and expressive wines.

Winemaking
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures (16°C) to preserve freshness and varietal character. Alcoholic fermentation lasts around two weeks, followed by careful clarification and bottling beginning in November. The resulting wine is smooth, crisp, and perfectly balanced.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant pale gold in colour. Aromas of white fruit—apple and pear—are interwoven with delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and smooth, with a fine streak of fruit acidity and a dry, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Best served at 10°C. A perfect aperitif, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, and rice dishes, as well as light salads with fruit elements.
