The use of virgin oak adds a subtle sweetness and spice, while the bourbon casks contribute creamy vanilla and orchard fruit notes.

On the nose, it opens with aromas of golden apple, lemon zest and sweet barley, followed by hints of white chocolate and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and delicate, revealing flavours of soft citrus, vanilla fudge and a touch of spice. The finish is clean and gently warming, with lingering notes of sweet malt and oak.
