Distillery & Maturation

Tomatin Distillery was founded in 1897 in the village of Tomatin in the Scottish Highlands, sitting at over 1,000 feet above sea level in the Monadhliath Mountains. Cu Bocan is Tomatin's lightly peated expression, and Creation #3 takes that spirit and finishes it in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks, adding a vivid layer of red fruit, exotic spice, and wine-cask complexity to the smoky Highland base. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration.

Tasting Notes

The nose is aromatic and exotic, with light smoke, strawberries in balsamic vinegar, Moroccan spice, and a lift of citrus and tropical fruit.
