Matured in a combination of traditional ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this well-balanced single malt offers a harmonious blend of sweetness, fruit and subtle spice. Distilled in the village of Tomatin, nestled in the Monadhliath Mountains south of Inverness, it embodies the soft, fruity style for which Highland whiskies are known.

On the nose, it opens with aromas of fresh apple and pear, underpinned by hints of malted barley and a touch of honey. The palate is rounded and mellow, revealing flavours of soft orchard fruit, creamy vanilla and a gentle nuttiness from the sherry cask influence. The finish is smooth and lightly spiced, with lingering notes of dried fruit and oak.
