Vineyard & Production

The grapes are sourced from three premium vineyard sites across Leyda and San Antonio, situated just 10 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean. Cool maritime breezes moderate temperatures, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly while maintaining natural acidity. Harvested early to lock in freshness, the fruit undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel. A brief maturation period on fine lees builds depth and palate texture before early bottling to retain maximum fruit purity.
