Vineyard and Production

Fruit is sourced from a range of vineyard sites across Marlborough's Wairau Valley, from the coastal pea gravels of Rarangi to the stony riverbeds of Rapaura. Vines are grown on the VSP trellis system to optimise flavour development. Grapes are harvested, gently pressed, cold-settled, and cool-fermented with selected yeasts to enhance varietal aromatics. Each parcel is vinified separately before blending to create a wine of freshness, concentration, and texture. The finished wine is filtered and bottled young to preserve its vibrancy.

Tasting Notes

Bright and aromatic on the nose, with gooseberry, citrus, and white stone fruits lifted by a maritime note of minerality. The palate is zesty and textural, with layers of lime, grapefruit, and peach balanced by weight and freshness. The finish is crisp, clean, and refreshing.
