A remarkable collaboration between two of Ireland's most innovative producers, the Teeling Stout Cask Finish Irish Whiskey is the result of a creative cask exchange with Galway Bay Brewery. Teeling provided ex-rum barrels, used to marry Teeling Small Batch Whiskey, which Galway Bay then used to age their 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout. Those same casks were returned to Teeling, refilled with Small Batch Whiskey, and left to mature for over six months, absorbing a remarkable depth of stout character.
