Ginger Beer Cask? We hear you ask. Yes, thats right. It came to light as a bit of a cask swap between Teeling and The Umbrella Project which was founded by bartenders and bar owners founded to combine contemporary ideas with traditional techniques that are steeped in history but far from old fashioned. Teeling first gave two of their ex-bourbon casks to The Umbrella Project who aged ginger beer in them for 2 years. After this they gave them back and Teeling aged their whiskey in them for 6 months to finish them off.

Aromas of fresh citrus, creamy vanilla and a subtle touch of ginger. The palate is home to warm, fresh and vibrant ginger, rich molasses and sweet malt. The finish is a delicate one with a lasting spice.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.

Economy (2-3 working days) – Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
