Vineyard & Production

Grapes are sourced from Kakheti vineyards planted on alluvial soils, benefiting from the region's continental climate. Fruit is hand-harvested from vines averaging 18 years of age. After pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16 to 18 degrees, with a brief maceration to enhance flavour. The wine is then left on its lees for four months with regular batonnage, adding texture and complexity.
