Cornish Pastis in a modern take on the French anise classic, and the first of its kind to be created in the UK.

Hand selected 13 botanicals, foraged gorse flowers from the Atlantic cliff tops and fresh orange zest seasonally sourced help to deliver its fresh, invigorating and unique aroma. juniper from Italy, orris root from Morocco, cinnamon from Madagascar, greed cardamon from Guatemala, angelica root from Poland, liquorice root from Uzbekistan, star anise from China, fennel seed from Turkey and green aniseed from Turkey. Distilled just like their gin and then finished off with a touch of liquorice root for colour, the drink is silky smooth and absolutely spectacular.

Awarded Double Gold at San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2016 and Gold in 2014.
