On the palate, vibrant citrus fruit leads into a fuller, well-bodied mid-palate with nuances of white peaches in syrup, finishing long, rich, and expressive.

Meet the producer
Taittinger is one of Champagne’s most esteemed houses, with vineyards carefully managed under the guidance of Vincent Collard and Christelle Rinvelle. The estate is renowned for producing precise, elegant Champagnes that highlight the character of its Grand Cru terroirs.

Vineyard
Grapes are sourced exclusively from top Grand Cru sites, reflecting optimal ripeness and exceptional quality. The vineyards are meticulously managed to preserve balance, freshness, and varietal expression.

Winemaking
This Champagne is made from the first pressing of the grapes. A variable proportion of reserve wine is incorporated into the blend, depending on the vintage. The wine is aged on lees for a minimum of 4-5 years, often longer, to develop complexity, texture, and depth.

Tasting notes
Delicate bubbles and a creamy mousse lead to fresh mineral and floral aromas on the nose. Citrus-driven flavours evolve into richer white peach notes, with a long, expressive, and harmonious finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or served with grilled fish and fine seafood, such as Dover sole.
