Meet the Producer

Viña Tabalí is a pioneering family estate dedicated to showcasing the exceptional diversity of the Limarí Valley. Their Talud and Talinay vineyards, planted on rare limestone and ancient marine soils, have earned international acclaim for producing some of Chile’s most elegant, terroir‑driven wines. With a philosophy centred on sustainability, minimal intervention and meticulous vineyard work, Tabalí crafts wines of clarity, tension and authenticity.

Production

Grapes are hand‑harvested at optimal ripeness and sorted carefully before fermentation in temperature‑controlled tanks. Extraction is managed gently to build structure without sacrificing finesse. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, where it develops layers of spice, complexity and integration while preserving the purity of the fruit. This thoughtful approach results in a Cabernet Sauvignon that is both powerful and refined, with excellent ageing potential.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour, the wine opens with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, graphite and subtle herbal notes. The palate is concentrated and beautifully balanced, offering ripe dark fruit, hints of tobacco and cocoa, and a fine mineral thread. Firm yet polished tannins provide structure, while fresh acidity carries the wine to a long, elegant and persistent finish.
