Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal aromatic and phenolic ripeness from the Espinal vineyard in the Limarí Valley, picked into 20kg bins to preserve integrity and minimise damage. Fermentation takes place in small, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by post-fermentation maceration to enhance structure and texture. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels to integrate flavours and achieve a polished, elegant finish.

Tasting Notes

Violet-red in the glass. The nose reveals ripe plums, sour cherries, red fruits, and delicate violet aromas. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and fresh, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a long, fruity finish with distinctive mineral notes.
