TASTING NOTE
Appearance: pale straw

Aroma: Elder flowers, black currants and gooseberries with nettles and sweet herbs, yellow and pink citrus zest and just a dash of vanilla pod spice.

Palate: A bundle of flavours layers and textures. Lemon /lime citrus all fresh and crunchy. Exotic veils of sweet herbs, nettles, gooseberry, stone fruits and cardamom spice. A citrus oil and lemon thickness is finished with a fruit tingling acidity.

Food Idea: Goats cheese, pistachio and rocket salad or marinated, barbecued prawns.
