Bonkers? Yes. Brilliant? Yes. St Ives Brewery have done a collaboration with Colwith Farm Distillery and sourced the best quality Wilja potatoes for this beer. This beer is a traditional Weizen base with the addition of potatoes, rosemary and sea salt!

A complex nose of herbs and spices. The palate is led by a full wheat body with a distinctive flavour. Rosemary and potato add a real depth to the experience with a lingering savoury touch.
