Coming from Norfolk St Giles Gin's signature gin is made with 11 botanicals including lemon grass, grains of paradise and rose petals. The botanicals are infused within their bespoke copper still named Anna, by the head distiller Pete Margree to greate a beautiful modern and sophisticated gin. To smell you get notes of grapefruit and lime and punchy hints of peppery spice. On the palate you get a well rounded and smooth in the mouth soft fruitiness of ripe berries, spice and mellow earthiness.

Simon Melton is a professional diver, also the St. Giles’ founder, who has been fortunate to venture to lots of unusual places around the world, giving him ample opportunities to explore a wide variety of delicious gins. On his exciting journeys, he invested years of research and visited many distilleries, all in passionate pursuit of his beloved spirit.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.
