Aroma is spicy, citrus and peppery, the palate dry and refreshing with crisp bitterness, hints of ginger and a short finish. Sayzon features a variety of grain alongside refreshing hops, citrus peel, ginger and spices. Sayzon is a farmhouse style of beer brewed in the spring to slake the thirst of harvest workers toiling under the hot summer sun.

It has a hint of cinnamon and is fermented with a special strain of ‘saison’ yeast to deliver a beer that is assertive but refreshing with a peppery spice and a refreshing citrus finish.
